1.1 Cancellations:
Immediate charge: Booking a course with us incurs a 50% non-refundable charge of the total course fee to secure your slot.
Within one month: Cancellations made within one month prior to the course start date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, rendering the full course fee non-refundable.
Notice period for changes: We accommodate changes to course bookings or training dates provided we receive written notice at least one month before the course start date. Requests within one month of the course cannot be fulfilled.
1.2 Rescheduling and Force Majeure:
In extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters or political unrest that are beyond our control, we offer rescheduling options while adhering to our standard cancellation policy.
We maintain the right to modify or cancel training dates or locations as necessary. Affected delegates will be notified immediately with alternatives provided. We do not cover associated travel or accommodation expenses.
1.3 Behavioural Policy:
We uphold the right to cancel bookings or remove delegates from courses due to behaviour that disrupts the learning environment, including actions deemed defamatory or obstructive.
1.4 Course Completion:
All courses must be booked and undertaken within 12 months from the purchase date, aligning with our commitment to current and comprehensive training.
After three months from the purchase date, courses become non-refundable, emphasising the importance of timely participation.
Online training materials, valid for one year, support learning but are non-refundable and do not substitute for in-person training.
2.1 Payment:
Booking requires full upfront payment. We assure confidentiality and security in handling payment information and do not share customer details.
2.2 Certification and Models:
Successful completion awards a certificate. While we strive to provide models for all areas, we cannot guarantee availability for every treatment. We request notification of dietary needs a week in advance to accommodate during the course.
2.3 Aftercare and Employment Guidance:
We offer comprehensive aftercare support and employment guidance, though we do not guarantee job placement, reflecting our role primarily as educators.
The aesthetic industry’s unregulated status in the UK necessitates our vigilance in adapting to evolving guidelines and qualifications, for which we hold no liability.
Our Level 7 courses, regulated by IQ for Ofqual, may undergo adjustments to reflect changes in specifications or regulations.
Designed for practitioners with prior experience, these videos are accessible for 12 months and support ongoing learning. They are non-refundable and supplementary.
Delegate photography during courses is prohibited to ensure privacy and focus. We may use images for promotional purposes with explicit consent.
Financing options are provided via Klarna Bank AB, subject to approval and terms, with specific services not regulated by the FCA.
Eligibility:
Exclusive to alumni who have invested £2,000 or more in their education with us, highlighting our appreciation for their continued engagement and support.
8.2 Referral Submission:
Participation requires completing a referral form with both the referrer’s and the referral’s full details, ensuring accuracy for eligibility.
8.3 Referral Reward:
A token of £100 in course credit or Amazon vouchers is our way of saying thank you, allowing referrers to benefit from each successful referral.
8.4 Referral Qualification:
Rewards are contingent upon the referred individual enrolling and completing a qualifying course, fostering a community of continuous learning.
8.5 Reward Distribution:
Upon successful course completion by the referral, the referrer receives a unique code, redeemable for future course discounts or as an Amazon voucher.
8.6 No Limit on Referrals:
Encouraging an unlimited number of referrals, we aim to expand our community while rewarding those who help it grow.
8.7 Program Period and Modifications:
The program is designed to be enduring yet is subject to modifications or termination based on our discretion, ensuring adaptability and relevance
